Introduction: Why it is More Important Than Ever Before to Have Youth Leadership.

The world today faces challenges, including climate change, digital inequality, that requires new thinking, new action and new solutions. And there is no better one to take this initiative than youngsters themselves. Young people are a force to be reckoned with; their youthful energy, and creativity, as well as adapability is leading to a faster rate of social change in this world. At the Future Vision Organization (FVO), we understand that young people are not leaders of tomorrow- but they are leaders of today. We empower young people with skills, confidence and networks through mentorship and training and global partnership to enable them have a positive impact in their communities and on education.
The importance of Youth Leadership to have a better future

As young leaders enter their new roles of influence, they come in with a new way of thinking, uninhibited innovation and zeal to pursue equity. As our experience with youth shows, youth empowerment results in:
- Creative Problem Solvers – Young leaders learn how to be creative in solving problems and embrace new concepts.
- Community-Driven Change-Youth tend to act upon problems that are affecting their community and peers.
- International outlook – Becoming familiar with international teamwork equips them to be ready to deal with interrelated issues.
Our initiatives are designed to provide young people with hands-on experience, practical skills, and international networks.
